The Lompoc City Fire Department plans to replace all flooring at Station 51, including the upstairs living area, kitchen, hallways, and dormitories. Currently, the flooring is a mix of carpet and vinyl in the kitchen. The department has decided to install a single type of laminate flooring across the entire upstairs area to create uniformity and enhance both appearance and functionality.
