SDDC requires Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored and non-sponsored cargo. All tasks shall be completed per requirements stated through the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in a manner consistent with safety, customer service, and on-time deliveries and pickup of USG cargo in mind. S&RTS services will cover the full spectrum of managing US Military cargo (e.g., containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft) transitioning through designated seaports/airports.
Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this Amendment is to:
1. Extend the due date for proposals to 30 April 2025, 04:00 P.M. Central Time (CT)
2. Revise the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors--Commercial Products and Commercial Services (MAR 2023) to extend the due date for proposals to 30 April 2025, 04:00 P.M. Central Time (CT) and extend the due date for inquires to 15 April 2025.
Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this Amendment is to:
1. Replace Attachment 2 - SOR_Saudi Arabia with amended Attachment 2 - SOR_Saudi Arabia_08APR25 to fix administrative errors.
2. Post Round 1 Questions & Answers (Q&A).
