Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded Firm Fixed Price delivery order, N00019-25-F-2070, under Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract N00019-23-D-0011 for the procurement of spares and component repairs in support of the PMA-274 Presidential Helicopter (hereafter VH) program. This award was made under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements". Award was made 08 April 2025, to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), a Lockheed Martin Company, for $1,859,280.07.
