The Contractor shall install of a new bridge culvert located on Range Road 22 between Township Road 102 and Township Road 104 North of Elkwater (NE15-10-2- W4M). The Contractor shall install a 2.2 m dia. Polymer coated Corrugated Steel Pipe (CSP) Culvert by 26 m invert length, as per the Drawings and Standard Specifications for Bridge Construction. The Culvert will be located on a 14 degree RHF skew to Range Road 22.
Existing is a 1.74 m Span x 1.92 m Rise by 20 m Length Ellipse SPE Culvert.
The Scope of the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Traffic accommodation
- Site isolation and care of water
- Demolition and disposal of existing bridge structures (Remove and Dispose)
- Excavation, including geotextile filter fabric
- Supply and assembly of culvert materials
- Backfill, including backfill material testing
- Heavy rock riprap erosion protection
- Roadway work
- Permanent environmental protection devices
