Olathe Public Schools USD #233 (or the “District”) is soliciting bids for Power Tools. Bidders (also herein referred to as “Contractors”) will execute and submit all bids in accordance with the attached instructions, terms and conditions, and the applicable provisions of the specifications listed under Items Details.
The District intends to contract for the purchase the listed equipment. This equipment will be used in a Construction Trades laboratory/shop setting. No alternates or substitutes are allowed. Purchase prices (Unit Price) will include equipment as specified by manufacturer part numbers along with delivery/freight costs, and any applicable installation, set-up, and/or training involved in running specific equipment, as applicable. |
