TITLE: Catered Meals at Camp Grayling, Gaylord, MI 4 June – 18 June 2025

The Ohio National Guard (OHARNG) has a requirement for catered meals from 4 JUNE to 18 JUNE 2025 at Camp Grayling, MI 49738.
This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set. The NAICS code for the requirement is 722230. The size standard is $9,000,000.00
The contractor will provide a menu that will include the required components of a nutritionally balanced meal. Please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific requirements. The contractor must submit evidence of the successful past performance of catering services.
This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. Multiple awards will not be offered. The contract will be awarded in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-2(b).
Responsible offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Please include your SAM Cage code or DUNS number in your quote. Questions are due no later than 12:00PM EDT, Monday, May 29, 2025.
Quotes shall be submitted via email no later than 4:00 PM EDT, Friday, May 30, 2025, to the Contract Specialist, Brett Fruth, brett. a.fruth.civ@army.mil
EVALUATION CRITERIA
This award will be made in accordance with the criteria set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-2(b)(3). The basis of the award will be 1) price, 2) past performance, and 3) adherence to the requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement.
The OHARNG reserves the right to communicate with any offeror in order to better understand an offeror’s proposal, validate interpretation and assumptions of the proposal; or facilitate the evaluation process. Such communications shall not be used to cure deficiencies, material omissions, materially alter technical or price elements, and/or otherwise revise the quote.
Please ensure you acknowledge the amendment (SF30). Offerors are responsible for meeting all requirements specified in the Performance Work Statement.
