REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that the City of Norwood, OH is seeking bids for a Road Pavement Condition Ratings Study.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. City shall not pay any costs incurred by consultants for preparation and submission of this RFP.The City of Norwood, OH, is a relatively small (3.15 square miles) urban municipality surrounded by the City of Cincinnati, and has approximately sixty (60) centerline miles of local public roads. Norwood desires to begin work on creating a comprehensive engineering and financial asset management program for its public road network. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to seek professional consulting services from qualified firms that demonstrate their experience in undertaking and preparing a robust analysis, evaluation, and long-term maintenance and capital improvement plan.
