Solicitation 497 ISRG Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Upgrade

As a result of the site visit 05/20/2025, the Statement of Work is undergoing revisions. Please be on standby for the amended SOW and the questions and answer. The proposal due date has extended accordingly.

Site Visit Update:

The site visit has been rescheduled to May 20, 2025, at 14:00 EST. Vendors and their technicians are not required to hold a Secret Clearance to bid or perform under this requirement. However, they must undergo a background clearance to obtain base access. Please find the attached updated Statement of Work (SOW). Kindly note that drones are strictly prohibited on base.

This RFQ includes and incorporates clauses from the Federal Acquisition Regulation. It is the contractor's responsibility to be aware of the relevant clauses and provisions, which can be accessed in full at the following website:https://www.acquisition.gov.

The 633d Contracting Squadron, located at 14 Burrell Street, Building 67, Langley AFB, VA, is seeking procurement for the 497 ISRG Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Upgrade. This notice serves as both a synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.203(a)(2), "Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions." For further details, please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and other attachments.

We encourage vendors to respond by submitting an itemized quote on company letterhead, along with supporting specification sheets and pictures. Quotes are due no later than 17:00 EST on 23 May 2025—please ensure timely submission, as late quotes will not be accepted.

Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted at 09:00 EST on 13 May 2025. If you require a pass to access the facility for this visit, please email mehran.amini_tehrani.1@us.af.mil as soon as possible, but no later than 12:00 EST on 9 May 2025.
