Project Title: USDA-FS NC Davidson River Campground Reconstruction

Original Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

NAICS Code: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction

PSC: Y1FB- Construction of Recreational Buildings. Size Standard: $45M

Type of Contract: This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) which will result in award of a firm-fixed price contract. Award will be made to the best value to the government.

Magnitude: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000

Location: The project is located at the Davidson River Campground, 1 Davidson River Circle, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768 (Transylvania County).

Scope of Work: The Project consists of demolition of existing Bathhouses and construction of new Bathhouses; replacing water and sewer utilities in campgrounds; replacing electric services to Host Campsites, and associated work.
