Update 08/08/2025: Statement of Work (including attachments) has been updated. The attachments include the Police Record Check form that is required for prebid meeting attendance. The contractor shall provide the necessary, personnel, equipment, transportation, and materials

required to repair or replace asphalt and concrete pavements located on the Air National Guard

Base in St. Joseph MO. Various areas on Base will have either full depth asphalt replacement or

topcoat mill and overlay of asphalt. Pavement replacement will include remarking of all

pavements. All work performed under this Statement of Work shall be conducted in accordance
