Description

The U.S Embassy Lusaka Zambia requires the following service: Installation and recommissioning of the decommissioned Solar Battery Backup units from the U.S Embassy and consulates in South Africa to the U.S Embassy in Lusaka, Zambia.



The anticipated performance period is for a base + 1-year option, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.



The U.S. Government intends to award contracts to a qualified offeror that meets the solicitation requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.



All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Failure to register at the time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non responsible.
