The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) chief scientific in-house research agency. Due to the age and history of the Beltsville Location campus, it requires environment stabilization, cleaning, and remediation services. The ARS intends to solicit and award an Indefinate Delivery Type Contract for one year with four priced optional years. The The Contractor shall provide specialized abatement, remediation, cleaning, contaminant disposal and repair services as required to manage asbestos, mold, lead and other materials such as PBC and mercury.
