The Paris-Bourbon County E-911 Board will be accepting sealed bids for Public Safety Radio
Console replacement. Specifications required for this project can be picked up at the Paris Police
Department at 525 High St Paris, KY 40361 Suite 300 during normal business hours Monday
through Friday. Any questions can be directed to Capt. Scott Toadvine, E-911 director at 859-
987-2100 or by email at stoadvine@pars.ky.gov. Sealed bids should be delivered to the attention
of the City of Paris Purchasing Manager no later than Monday March 2, 2026 at 10 A.M. and
addressed to the following:
