Comprehensive Bituminous Concrete (Asphalt Mix and Cold Patch) (Statewide)

This Solicitation is issued by the New York State ("NYS") Office of General Services ("OGS"), Procurement Services for Asphalt Mix and Cold Patch and optional items as specified herein for all Authorized Users eligible to purchase through this Solicitation.

This is a multiple award, competitive procurement. The resulting centralized Contract(s) will be awarded for 2 years to responsive and responsible Bidder(s).

This Solicitation outlines the terms and conditions and all applicable information required for submitting a Bid. Bidders should pay strict attention to the Bid submission date and time to prevent disqualification. Bidders are strongly encouraged to read the language of this Solicitation thoroughly and to precisely follow the instructions included in the Solicitation and all attachments.

Solicitation Update Instructions:

Submission of responses by a vendor to a solicitation that does not account for updated information may result in their bid/offer being deemed non-responsive. Vendors are strongly encouraged to review the advertised solicitation in full prior to submitting a bid in order to ensure inclusion of any updated information. Additionally, if the vendor does not opt-in to receive notification updates regarding a particular solicitation, they will not receive e-mail notifications regarding updates, including e-mail notifications regarding the posting of the question-and-answer documents and updates to solicitation documents.
