Description: The work of this single bid project includes the gut demolition and interior fit out of the approximately 25,000sf Moore Hall, including the roof. The work includes, but is not limited to, structural steel, steel stairs, miscellaneous metals, railings, misc. carpentry, millwork, thermal protection, sealants, doors and frames, aluminum storefronts/entrances, hardware, finishes, acoustic wall/ceiling panels, wall coverings, ceilings, metal studs and GWB partitions, flooring, EPDM roofing, sitework, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing, and hazardous materials abatement. Plans will be available after November 8, 2024, through Avalon (716-995-7777 & www.avalonbuff-planroom.com ).
A project walk-through has been scheduled for November 19, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. meeting at the Moore Hall Entrance Lobby at Buffalo State.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
