Project Description: Davis County (the “County”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive
services for the design, printing, and delivery of Valuation Notices, Property Tax Notices, and
Delinquent Property Tax Notices. This project encompasses the full lifecycle of notice production,
including template design, high-volume physical printing, and multi-channel delivery. 'Delivery' is
defined as either traditional USPS mailing or electronic distribution (eNotice) for residents who have
opted into digital communications. The County intends to enter into a five-year agreement with the
option of two one-year extensions under the same terms and conditions.
