LAW ENFORCEMENT CENTER RENOVATION FLOYD COUNTY

Project Description: Sealed Proposals from qualified contractors will be received by the Purchasing Department of FLOYD COUNTY GEORGIA, via www.floydcountyga.bonfirehub.com until 2:00 PM local time, Thursday, March 12, 2026, for the purpose of providing: LAW ENFORCEMENT CENTER RENOVATIONS FLOYD COUNTY RFP #26-003.
A Mandatory pre-bid/site visit will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. The Floyd County Law Enforcement Center is located at 5 Government Plaza Rome, GA 30161. It is the responsibility of the contractor to acquire their own measurements, pictures, videos, etc. and to obtain a complete understanding of what is expected for this project. This will be a time to ask questions and make observations of what will be required to obtain our goal. Change orders are discouraged. Failure to attend the Pre-bid/Site Visit will result in your submission not being accepted. If after the initial pre-bid, additional visits are needed to take additional measurements, pictures, etc. or to send a sub-contractor for viewing, you may contact Ryan Davis, Facilities Manager, at 678-733-1618 or ryan.davis@floydcountyga.org to arrange an additional visit.
