Hempling Park Access Road and Parking

The project involves the construction of a new asphalt access road designed to connect the existing parking lot at Giles-Conrad Park to a new parking lot at Hempfling Park. This roadway will enhance accessibility between the two recreational areas, improving traffic flow and visitor convenience. A key component of the project includes the installation of a culvert crossing over a creek, ensuring proper drainage and environmental protection while maintaining structural integrity for vehicular traffic.
