Professional Environmental Consultant

Project Description: The City of Fargo (“City”), through the Planning and Development Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified professional environmental consulting firms to conduct and complete an environmental review in accordance with 24 CFR Part 58 for a project funded by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) received by the City. These services will include all aspects of the environmental review process required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which are more fully described in the Scope of Work section.
The purpose of this RFP is to select and contract with a firm to prepare and submit a complete Environmental Review Record (ERR) inclusive of all required documentation, consultations, public notices, and determinations necessary for the City to obtain environmental clearance prior to committing CDBG funds or initiating construction activities.
