Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract for the completion of the scope of work outlined in this RFP and the associated construction documents for the interior remodel at Lakeridge Junior High School.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code.

Pre-Bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. MST. Please meet in the main front office. Lakeridge Jr High 951 South 400 West Orem, Utah 84058.
Bidders must be early or on time, as the walk-through will be closed precisely at the listed time. THOSE EVEN ONE MINUTE LATE WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
Length of the Contract
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for the duration of this project. Construction is anticipated to commence on or about May 26,
2026, and to be substantially completed by August 10, 2026.
Background
ASD consistently maintains and upgrades its buildings to ensure they are running effectively and efficiently. The Lakeridge Jr High project will consist of remodeling approximately 40,000 square feet of classroom space. Refer to the attached plans located in the files for a complete scope of work.
Issuing Procurement Unit, Conducting Procurement Unit, and Solicitation Number
Alpine School District's Department of Purchasing is the issuing procurement unit, and Alpine School District Physical Facilities Department is the conducting procurement unit for this RFP (referred to as “the District”). The reference number for this RFP is Solicitation #ASD02122026HM. This solicitation number must be referred to on all proposals, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the District relating to this RFP.
