This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 9,995 rentable square feet of space yielding 9,085 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet as a Succeeding Lease acquisition for a Department of Veterans Affairs, CRRC located at 825 Dorcas Street, Omaha, NE 68108. Tenant Improvements in the amount of $6,000.00 to be paid lump sum upon completion.
Rent Commencement is planned for July 2026 to be paid at a Fully Serviced annual rent of $241,978.95 (Year 1) with annual shell and operating rent increases.
