Summary

The City of Palo Alto Landfill (Landfill) is seeking a consultant to provide environmental compliance monitoring and reporting services related to the closed landfill's gas, leachate, and groundwater monitoring systems and on-call technical services. Services will include performing semi-annual and annual sampling and analysis and preparing self-monitoring reports for both groundwater and leachate, performing quarterly and annual monitoring of methane gas in monitoring probes along the perimeter of the Landfill and onsite structures and preparing quarterly landfill gas monitoring reports, and periodic reporting. Periodic reporting will include preparing and submitting the Landfill's 5 Year Solid Waste Facility Permit review application to Santa Clara County Department of Environmental Health. On-call technical services may include consulting assistance for Landfill related studies, report preparation, regulatory review, and/or preparation of AutoCAD drawings and maps.
