Verbyla Farm (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received online, until Monday, January 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read via PennBID.
The Project includes the following Work:
The project generally includes the installation of a 64ft x 160ft roofed animal heavy use area and waste storage facility. This project also includes the installation of support best management practices such as fence, access road, roof runoff structures, stormwater controls, animal walkways, and other supporting practices.

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/.
Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
Pre-bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the Verbyla Farm, located at 212 Mooretown Rd, Sweet Valley, PA 18656 . Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
Instructions to Bidders
All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via PennBid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Telephone inquiries are unacceptable.
Statutory Requirements
All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date as provided by the Act of November 26, 1978 (P.L. 1309, No. 317), as amended by the Act of December 12, 1994 (P.L. 1042, No. 142).
The Verbyla Farm reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Verbyla Farm and to reject any or all proposals.
