THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND.
The purpose of this Solicitation is to provide one (1) Lund Rebel XL Sport, with 90HP motor and trailer, or State Approved Equal; and four (4) Lund Rebel XL SS with 75HP motors and trailers, or State Approved Equals to be used for Department of Natural Resources (DNR). A Responder offering an approved equal should provide information to the State for evaluation no later than the date and time listed in Section 1, Step 1 Instructions to Responders.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to bryan.stusse@state.mn.us, no later than February 21, 2025, 3:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the solicitation facilitator listed above may result in rejection of the response. Responder(s) offering an approved equal should provide information to the State for evaluation. The information should be received no later than the date and time listed above.
