Submissions marked "COR7037 – Concrete Cuts Reinstatement - Program A " will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on December 9, 2024.
The City seeks proposals in response to the RFP from suppliers for concrete cut reinstatement services.
To maintain the infrastructure in the City, concrete cut reinstatement services has been utilized in the past for concrete cuts and concrete distresses. The work for this competition will be required in 2025 and will involve work in reinstating mainly the sidewalks that have been removed to accommodate work on underground infrastructure. The objective of this work will be to repair open utility cuts created by Water, Sewer and External Utility companies as well as the distressed sidewalks to keep them safe for pedestrians. The work will include, but is not
limited to:
Concrete replacements (sidewalks, curb & gutter, driveways, etc.)
Due to the large backlog of open utility excavations throughout out the City, the vendor will need to meet the provided schedule to assist in reducing the number of open excavations.
Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:
Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
