The Minnesota Department of Commerce (hereinafter the “Department”) is soliciting proposals from individuals or organizations qualified to act as an auditing agent for the unclaimed property program which is operated by the Department pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 345.The goal of this project is to enlist the services of additional resources to locate personal property abandoned by Minnesota residents and return it to the rightful owners.
