Capital Cascades Trail Segment 4 Construction

Project Description: The Leon County – City of Tallahassee Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency (“Agency”) invites prospective Bidders to submit bids for the construction of the Capital Cascades Trail Segment 4 Project (“Project”). This Project is the 4th segment of the Agency’s overall Capital Cascades Trail Project. The Project will provide connectivity, water quality, stormwater, and recreational improvements from the Central Drainage Ditch and the St. Augustine Branch near Lake Bradford Road to Munson Slough at Springhill Road. The Project scope will include the installation of reno mattresses and gabion walls along the Central Drainage Ditch, pedestrian bridges, stormwater conveyance system, stormwater structures, utilities, sidewalks, lighting, and signalization. In addition, the Project includes the construction of recreational facilities including multiuse trails, landscaping, irrigation, park furnishings, educational signage, and custom park features.
