The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) seeks locomotive owners from private, public, and nonprofit sectors to apply to this grant opportunity to partially fund freight switcher locomotive repower or replacement in Minnesota with cleaner diesel engines or zero emission motors.
