Office Space for United States Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District

The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District (USACE-LRN) is in the beta testing phase to determine interest in the leasing and availability of Class A/B office space containing a minimum of 95K rentable square feet (contiguous) in the Central Business District of Nashville, Tennessee. Requested space must be fully serviced and in a building that can either be customized or built to suit the Government's needs and force protection security requirements. The Lessor must be willing to accept a twenty-year lease with a one year firm term under our leasing authority, Title 10 USC 2661.
