Vendor to provide quote to furnish labor, materials and equipment to perform the following
building maintenance service.

1. Furnish labor, equipment, and materials to perform the following:
a. Furnish dumpster for duration of project.
b. Set up temporary containment measures for work to be completed including temporary plastic protection, sticky mats, etc.
c. Remove existing carpet in corridors and dispose of.
d. Prep, patch, and skim floor substrate to prep for new LVT flooring.
e. Furnish and install new Interface 3mm LVT flooring – color: Elm.
f. Clean project workspace and remove all temporary containment measures after project is completed.
g. Includes all corridors that currently have carpet, as discussed during site visit.

2. Alternate Add: a. Perform same scope of work as listed above in Workrooms 215 &243.
