Greenfields-Hyde Park Water Distribution Interconnection Project

The Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority [DCWWA], is soliciting a Request for Qualification Statement and Price Proposal [RFQP] from qualified professional engineering firms for professional design services for the Greenfields - Hyde Park Water Distribution Interconnection that will provide construction documents for the construction of:

• Water main(s) to interconnect the Hyde Park distribution System with the Greenfields distribution system
• New pump station to pump water from the Hyde Park system to the Greenfields system

The firm selected will produce construction documents; drawings and specifications that accurately depict the project described above and in reference documents.

All questions about meaning or intent of the RFQ, shall be submitted in writing no later than 5:00pm on January 13, 2025 via postal mail, fax (845-486-3656), or e-mail to Jason Teed P.E., Project Manager, at jasonteed@dutchessny.gov . Responses to questions will be distributed by Addenda via Bidnet and Contract Reporter by January 20, 2025 .

Sealed Physical Submissions are due to the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority by 2:00 pm, February 3, 2025 to our administration building at: 1 Lagrange Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. No electronic submissions will be accepted.
