MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON March 5th, 2026, at 10am The meeting will be held at Blue Ribbon Downs Training Facility-Sallisaw, Oklahoma. All questions will need to be submitted by email to Buyer Melanie Meridith at melanie.meridith@cnbglobal.com. The deadline for questions will be March 10th, 2026
Bids are due on March 13th, 2026 by 5pm
