Project Description: Beaufort-Jasper Water and Sewer Authority (BJWSA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms, to provide engineering services required for Project Administration, and Design of the Chelsea Water Treatment Plant Mechanical & Structural Improvements Project. Construction Phase Services may potentially be added in future through a contract amendment at BJWSA’s discretion.
