The City of Santa Fe, Office of Emergency Management requests approval to enter into an emergency procurement agreement with BardoWright dba Resilience Emergency Management for on-call, all-hazards emergency management support at a rate of $225 per hour, not to exceed $50,000 inclusive of GRT.
BardoWright has an established relationship with Santa Fe OEM, having participated directly in supporting the City's planning, training, and exercise activities for several year. OEM is currently staffed by a single employee with no additional FTE authorized until FY27 (July 1, 2026). With New Mexico snowpack at historic lows and fire danger already elevated heading into the 2026 season, immediate SME support is required to maintain operational readiness.
