Finger Lakes 2025 - 2030 Community Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services in Ontario and Yates Counties

The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) on behalf of the Finger Lakes Developmental Disabilities State Operations Office (DDSOO) requires a qualified Contractor to provide Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services at community residences and Day Treatment Center (Day Hab) in Ontario and Yates Counties. Snow and slush removal and ice control services as detailed in this Scope of Work will be paid by one seasonal price, spread out over six (6) equal installments.

References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The bidder or its principals must be able to provide 3 references that verify they have 2 years of relevant experience. Bidders will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Community Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services. Contracts will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidders that provide the lowest Total Combined Cost Per Season for each Cluster. There are 4 Clusters; each Cluster will be evaluated separately. Bidders may bid on one or multiple Clusters and multiple contracts may be awarded. Prevailing wage will apply.
