The contractor shall furnish all tools, materials, hardware, and labor to supply, deliver, install 45 commercial grade washers & 45 dryers in the common areas for 5 dorm buildings. Additionally the contractor is to remove and dispose of the existing washer and dryers that are currently located within the buildings noted herein.
