CIVIL LEGAL SERVICES. The City of Mora, Minnesota, is seeking proposals from qualified law firms with municipal experience to serve as City Attorney and provide civil legal services to the City Council, the Mora Public Utilities Commission, the City Administrator, the Utilities General Manager, Department Heads, and other City staff. The scope includes general counsel work, land use and development, public improvements, employment matters, code enforcement, and legal services to Mora Municipal Utilities (electric, water, and wastewater).
