FORENSIC AUDIT SERVICES. The City of Virginia is seeking qualified Certified Public Accounting firms, forensic accounting firms, or other qualified professional firms to conduct an independent forensic audit of the City’s local option sales tax revenues and related financial activities. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format and received no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Time on July 14, 2026.
