This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and/or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.

The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BK25Q0058 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.

The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, effective May 12, 2025.

This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 321999, All Other Miscellaneous Wood Product Manufacturing.

The NAICS Code was identified through a review of the U.S. Census Bureau’s website where Manufacturing was listed as a corresponding index category. The small business size the SBA's size standard is 500 employees.

Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Structure: Refer to the Schedule of Items incorporated in Attachment #1.

Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide mesh and bamboo based on standard size specifications described in the Schedule of Items, Attachment #1.
