Description: WSDOT is seeking quotes for Winter Sand Material for its Maintenance Areas at certain locations within King and Pierce Coutnies. Bidders shall quote a per ton price, comprising all costs for delivery to WSDOT Inventory Control Points (ICPs) as well as quotes for pick-up from vendor sites by WSDOT. Bidders are not required to bid on every ICP and bidders should quote pricing only for the ICPs they are willing and able to deliver to.
