The intent of this Quick Quote is to solicit unsealed bids from qualified regular distributors/dealers of new TRANE Brand (NO EQUAL) Bearings and Shafts for HVAC equipment for DFS Western Lab (Roanoke, VA) and DFS Northern Lab (Manassas, VA) to purchase as backup stock.See ATTACHMENT A - Parts List for DFS Western Lab (Lot 1 - for Delivery Location) and DFS Northern Lab (Lot 2 - for delivery location) for list of items being requested. All items shall be BRAND SPECIFIC/NO EQUAL as identified in ATTACHMENT A. Bidders must be able to bid on/provide all items to be considered for an award.ALL parts shall be NEW, DFS will not accept any refurbished or remanufactured parts.**All pricing shall be FOB Destination Freight Included.
