Industry Day Announcement
The information from Industry Day will be used in determining the best acquisition strategy. This is not a request for proposal. Your response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and will be used by the NAVSEA PMS 326 International Fleet Support and NUWC Keyport Contracts Department to further its market research and future contract strategy planning.
The Industry Day will provide a forum to improve Industry’s understanding of the Government requirements centered around the following areas:
We will have multiple case managers present information about their requirements from our foreign partners.
In order to attend Industry Day, please provide the following information no later than 30 September 2025. The deadline will be strictly enforced, and no walk ins will be permitted. When registering, please include the following required information:
*Up to two representatives per company are allowed to attend the Industry Day. No more than two individuals per company will be allowed in the event space. Questions may be submitted before, during, or after the event using the attachment, Questions and Answers form. All questions and answers will be distributed to all attendees after the event.

This announcement is not a solicitation. This announcement does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal, or Request for Quotation and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with attending the industry day. The purpose of this Industry Day is to conduct market research, answer questions and solicit feedback regarding this requirement to assist with acquisition planning and program strategy. Additionally, the goals of this industry day are to provide open dialogue between Government and industry. In order for this to be an effective exchange, the Government requests a list of things industry wishes to observe, recommendations, and/or specific questions that they would like the Government to address. Early submissions are encouraged.
