Description

The U.S. Embassy in Brasília has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the acquisition of construction materials and supplies to support facility repair and maintenance operations. Please note that a BPA is not a contract, but an agreement that establishes terms and conditions applicable to future orders. Individual orders (“Calls”) will be issued under the BPA and funded separately based on specific needs. The Embassy intends to award BPAs to the vendors that are technically acceptable and agree to provide supplies to the U.S. Government at fair and reasonable prices, which are equal to or below prevailing market rates . Categories of materials and supplies may include, but are not limited to the following categories :

Submission Requirements:




  • If your company fits into one of the categories listed above and is interested to sell to the U.S. Embassy Brasilia, please complete and sign the attached SF-1449 form for RFQ No. 19BR2525Q0077. The completed form must be submitted electronically to both matalmr@state.gov and brasiliagsoprocurementdl@state.gov no later than July 30, 2025.
