Copeland School House Restoration

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of East Bradford Township is soliciting sealed bids for historical-grade restoration work.

All bids must be received by mail or delivered in person to 676 Copeland School Road, West Chester, PA 19380, no later than 12:00 p.m. on July 30, 2026, at which time bidding will close. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid for the contract must accompany all bids. Bidders must submit one original and complete bid response package in a sealed envelope marked "Property Maintenance Bid.”

Answers to any questions raised and any supplemental information will be issued by the Township, and if so issued, will be e-mailed to all potential bidders who attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting.

Bids received will be revealed at the conclusion of the bidding period. The East Bradford Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any nonconformity deemed in the best interest of East Bradford Township.
