|
The East Lansing Downtown Development Authority is seeking a contractor to power wash the sidewalks within three (3) Project Areas along Albert Avenue, Grand River Avenue, M.A.C. Avenue, Abbot Road and the entire area within Ann Street Plaza. The contractor will need to apply for and receive a Non-Utility Occupation and Use of Street/Alley Right of Way Permit (for sidewalk closure) prior to beginning work on the project. The contractor is responsible for the cost of all applicable permit fees. The contractor must have capability to use water at a temperature of up to 200 degrees.
