The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal according to the specifications set forth within this document.
The County intends to use the results of this process to award a contract or issue a purchase order for the product(s) and/or service(s) stated Development of Standard Operating Procedures Manual for the Dane County Department of Highway & Transportation .
The Dane County Purchasing Division is the sole point of contact for questions and issues that may arise during the RFP process.
The manual will serve as a guide for the Department staff, ensuring consistency, safety and efficiency in highway design, plan review, permit review, construction, maintenance, and operations of the Dane County highway system.
