The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Buffalo, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors capable of providing electrical system inspection, testing and maintenance service at the Brooklyn and St Albans VA medical facilities.

The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about October 31, 2025, to be posted to sam.gov. The anticipated period of performance for the Base Year is 12/01/2025 through 11/30/2026 with four one-year option periods. This requirement is being solicited as a service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All instructions for submitting quotes will be provided in the solicitation.
Perspective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov.
