PUBLIC NOTICE
COHASSET MA - MUNICIPAL MEETING MINUTE TOOL
The Town of Cohasset, as the awarding authority, is seeking quotes for a tool/application that will convert
municipal meeting recordings/videos into meeting minutes. The application must include the following: multiple
separate user accounts, a minimum of 3 levels of detail, speaker identification, motion/vote identification, public
comment tracking and record (minutes) exportation to PDF or Word format. Special consideration will be given
to the application that includes an optional Recorder Application that connects directly to the service.
Interested Bidders are required to submit a letter of interest by email to Lisa McGonigle, Procurement Agent at
Lmcgonigle@cohassetma.gov with subject line "Cohasset MA - Municipal Meeting Minutes" no later than
2:00p.m. on July 9, 2026.
