Bid Synopsis: The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Medicaid Services (DMS), is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide a conference venue to host the 2025 FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET) Symposium. DHS is seeking event planning services for audio-visual set up and a venue able to provide services at the current State Rates (tax-exempt). The venue must have the capacity to host the estimated one hundred and fifty (150) attendees, providing food and beverage services, audio visual needs, and lodging for eighty (80) rooms. These commodity/services may not exceed $50,000.00 (fifty-thousand dollars) in total. The location of the event should not exceed a twenty-five (25) mile radius of Green Bay Wisconsin. This conference can be held: Either Sept 9, - Wednesday, Sept 10, 2025, or Tuesday, Sept 16, - Wednesday, Sept 17, 2025.
