This solicitation is for the Lease and Service of Industrial Reverse Osmosis and Water Softener Equipment (Demineralized Water) at Holloman AFB, NM 88330.
Description of Work: The Contractor shall provide all industrial grade equipment, unless otherwise approved by the COR (systems will be 300 gpd units at minimum), personnel, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to lease, maintain, and service all water softeners and reverse osmosis (RO) systems, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB), NM.

Period of Performance (PoP): (01 Apr 2025 - 31 Mar 2030) - 12 month base period and four (4) twelve month option periods.
Expected Award Date: On or about 01 March 2025
Important Notices: This acquisition will be competitively set-aside for Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). Interested participant will be considered under North American Classification System (NAICS) code 532490 with a size standard of $40M. All offerors must be registerred in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
